I am a qualified clinical solution focussed hypnotherapist. I studied and have been practicing as a therapist in Peterborough since 2022. It has been an amazing experience. It has been life changing, both for me and the clients I have seen. I offer face to face sessions for anyone in and around Peterborough as well as providing online therapy sessions for those further afield or who are unable to travel.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive service, focussing on developing positive approaches and appropriate solutions. A significant element for successful therapy is the rapport between therapist and client which is one reason why the initial consultation is always free. This gives you the opportunity to learn first hand, without obligations, what the process involves and to meet me to see if we are a good fit.
As a practicing therapist I am continually developing my skills, attending regular continuing professional development (CPD) workshops. I am supported and supervised by a senior practitioner as part of my ongoing accreditation with the appropriate governing bodies of hypnotherapy.
I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council. You will find me listed in the registers on the websites of these governing bodies.
I strongly advocate prevention is better than cure, so I maintain an active Facebook page (as well as aspects on this website) to encourage people to learn and apply positive mentally healthy behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives. In this way, I can continue to support previous clients and provide potential future clients with greater understanding of what is involved and an idea of how I choose to practice.
